Not quite like the picture
Chai Tigers crashed a burned. For some unknow reason the filling didn't set up, so I stuck it in the freezer to create a workable product. It seemed to help but when I started to dip them in the milk chocolate, it just turned into a gooey mess and then the dipping liquid seized up simultaneously. I do not believe Chai Tigers will be the item I am making for my project. I already did the research and everythiny but I don't have time to play around with it until I get it right. Plan B is a go... Do I have a plan B? Not yet but I will soon.
Chai Tigers!!
I love tea and I love coffee. So naturally, when it came time to pick the subject of my research for my artisan cofections class, I chose Chai Tigers !! A delicate truffle infused with the assertive chai flavor that I love. Chocolate and chai! What could be better. I am in the middle of making them now and researching their origin and history. The internet is being stingy with its information on the subject but my tester batch seems to be coming along just fine. If it is a success, pictures to come !
